A Brief Note to President Bush Time to Bomb Iran
Time is growing short regarding the tyrants in charge of Iran. It is 1939 again. Time to act.
Mr. President, what are we waiting for? For Iran to nuke someone BEFORE we act? That, in my view, is not the wisest course of action.
Time to act pre-emptively, while the Europeans collectively soil their knickers over the entire situation.
One good thing: Your poll numbers are already so low that you don’t have to worry about a dip in the polls!
Remember: You did not ask for this alignment of events in the political world, but you were dealt this difficult hand.
As several others have said: The only thing worse than military action against Iran, is the failure to act against Iran.

And that little pissant bastards in Iran is most definately a 'wannabe' Hitler..
Nip it in the bud, do what the Brits did NOT do in '39...
Don't people learn ANYTHING from history??
hi texasfred! obviously, you and i see eye-to-eye on this one! Thank you for your comment! -- gunjam
gunjam, you do realize that if we bombed Iran right now, many of the Shia in Iraq would take it out on our troops there?
hi, elizabeth: you make a valid point; war is hell. the only thing worse is waiting for almondhead to hit us, israel, or whomever else he wants to hit. As senator mccain said told the eurabians last week: "the only thing worse than attacking Iran is waiting for iran to get the bomb," or something to that effect. I agree with mccain. I am sure most of the eurabian ministers present to hear his remarks soiled their knickers, however. ;-) --gunjam
You would sacrifice your son's life (and the lives of thousands of other U.S. troops) to save Israel?
gunjam, I think it's time for you to make "aliyah." Don't let the door hit you on your way out. And when you get that brand new Israeli passport, please burn your American one.
As your favorite book says, you can't serve two masters.
hi, elizabeth, well, my son just returned from risking his life in Iraq! That is what soldiers do. Put their lives on the line. The bottom line: Almondhead needs to go. Or, are you one of his "secret burkha-wearing fans"? ;-) -- gunjam
hi, elizabeth! nice try. As a gentile, I am not even eligible to make aliyah. In fact, even if I were Jewish, I would still be ineligible, as I believe Jesus is the Messiah! He is the Master I serve. Who is YOUR master? -- gunjam
gunjam, that was a joke...and the Bible quote was an analogy--you can't really be loyal to two countries any more than you can serve God and Satan at the same time.
Also, re Iran: They are nowhere near having the capability to bomb the U.S.
elizabeth, no one knows how close the Iranians are to being able to bomb anyone. They may already have the capability to hit Israel and Europe. Should we wait until they vaporize a city or two to start planning to hit them? That is GREAT strategy, Elizabeth! -- gunjam
